2 oz Hell Bear American Whiskey
1/4 oz Cardamom Simple Syrup**
2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters
1 dash of Orange Bitters
Dehydrated Lemon Peel
Mix all ingredients, stir and pour over a large ice cube or three smaller ice cubes. Add lemon peel for garnish.
**Cardamom Simple Syrup**
1 part sugar
1 part water
5 cardamom pods
Combine sugar, water, and cardamom pods in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool.
