Tiki cocktails are a fun, delicious way of enjoying your beverages. Traditionally they’re served with rum, and have tropical fruits at play. Our Heart of Passion tiki cocktail uses our Feather Jester Rum which is derived from pure panela sugarcane. In addition too pineapple, jalapeño, and other fan favorites – this is a perfect cocktail for a sunny day. 

 

Follow the recipe below:

2 oz Feather Jester Rum

 ¾ oz pineapple juice

½ oz lime juice

¼ oz jalapeño syrup*

 

Build in shaker tin and shake with ice. Pour over ice in a tiki glass. Garnish with soda water and a lime wheel. 

 

*Jalapeño simple syrup recipe:

1 cup of agave

½ cup of water

1 jalapeño

Pour water into pot and boil. Stir in agave until dissolved. Slice jalapeño up and put into pot to steep on low heat for 30 minutes. Let cool, then strain mixture into a container for use.
