Just like it sounds, this gin cocktail is refreshingly easy to sip on. The pink peppercorn gives an interesting zing, while the cucumber compliments the botanicals in our Forager’s Gin. Grab a bottle and try at home today!

Recipe:

2 oz Foragers Gin

¼ oz cucumber syrup *

¼ oz lemon

¼ oz pink peppercorn syrup **

Shake with ice, strain into chilled coupe glass, and garnish with a lime dusted with fresh cracked pepper.

 

*Cucumber syrup recipe:

1 Qt water

1 Qt sugar

4 cucumbers, washed and shredded (with skin)

First, boil water, then stir in sugar and dissolve. Next, add cucumbers and let it steep on low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, let cool & enjoy.

 

**Pink peppercorn recipe:

1 Qt water

1 Qt sugar

4 tbsp of whole pink peppercorns

First, boil water, then stir in sugar and dissolve. Next, add peppercorns and let it steep on low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, let cool & enjoy.
