This nonsensical poem about the slaying of a great mythical beast is one of the greatest and most puzzling works by author Lewis Carroll. The Jabberwocky cocktail is as whimsical and biting as any beastie the mind can conjure up.
How to make the Jabberwocky:
- Fill an 11 oz collins with pebble ice
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz white rum, .25 oz pamplemousse lq, .25 oz agave, .75 oz lime, 3 dashes rhubarb bitters, 10 drops birds-eye chili tincture
- Shake hard and strain over the pebble ice
- Top with .25 oz ruby port and 2 cherries on a pick
