Who loves a good pear cocktail? In this fall cocktail, our Denver-made Needle Pig Gin and house infused chamomile liqueur cozy up next to a pear cordial, fresh squeezed lemon juice and ginger beer. It’s refreshing yet savory, and a fan-favorite off our fall menu. 

 

Follow the recipe below:

1.5 oz Needle Pig Gin

.5 oz chamomile liqueur

.75 oz pear cordial *

.5 oz lemon juice

1.5 oz float of ginger beer 

 

Build all ingredients in shaker with ice.  Shake thoroughly and strain over new ice in a stemless wine glass.  Top with ginger beer float and garnish with lemon. 

 

*Pear Cordial:

5 pears quartered and cored

⅓ cup honey

2 cups water

Bake pears and honey @ 400 for 5 minutes. Immediately transfer to blender and add water. Blend until smooth and transfer to container.
